The late Dr. Jane Goodall narrates the titular poem by E.E. Cummings, in which a man named "anyone" and a woman named "no one" develop a profound love connection within their bucolic but increasingly alienated community. The film features illustrations inspired by Cummings’ own impressionistic paintings, and its soundtrack is the final, acclaimed recording of the maestro Yakov Kreizberg.

In Memory of Jane Goodall
The late Dr. Jane Goodall narrates the titular poem by E.E. Cummings, in which a man named "anyone" and a woman named "no one" develop a profound love connection within their bucolic but increasingly alienated community. The film features illustrations inspired by Cummings’ own impressionistic paintings, and its soundtrack is the final, acclaimed recording of the maestro Yakov Kreizberg.
Director’s Statement
Daniel Kreizberg is an award-winning filmmaker. His most recent animated short film anyone lived in a pretty how town, narrated by global icon Dr. Jane Goodall, will have its World Premiere at the SCAD Savannah Film Festival in Fall 2025. His debut animated short Tahlequah the Whale: A Dance of Grief, which he wrote, directed and narrated in 2023, was awarded a “Special Mention” at the Oscar-qualifying Animayo International Film Festival.
